Return Policy for Painzio

This Return Policy describes Our Return policies and procedures. By using the Service, You agree to Painzio Health Private Limited's Return Policy.

  1. Initial Paid Consultation: The initial paid consultation fee is non-refundable, except under certain specific circumstances (e.g., technical issues from our end, failure to connect with the healthcare professional, etc.).
     

  2. Subscription Refunds: Customers are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee if they cancel within 48 hours of subscribing and before accessing any services or content on the platform.
     

  3. Partial Refund 1 (2days – 7 Days): If a customer decides to cancel their subscription after using the platform's services for a period less than one week (7 days), a 25% of monthly subscription fees would be deducted and refund will be issued for the remaining  amount of the subscription.
     

  4. Partial Refund 2 (7 Days – 15 days): Likewise, If a customer decides to cancel their subscription after using the platform's services for a period less than 15 Days (15 days), a 50 % of monthly subscription fees would be deducted and refund will be issued for the remaining amount of the subscription.
     

  5. Refund post 15 Days: If a customer decides to cancel their subscription after using the platform's services post 15 days but for a period less than 1 Month, a 100 % of the monthly subscription fees would be deducted and refund will be issued for the remaining amount of the subscription.
     

  6. No Refunds after One month: After one month + of continuous subscription, no refunds will be issued for the subscription fee.
     

  7. Partial Usage: Customers who have utilized any services during their subscription period, even if they haven't completed the entire services in two months, will not be eligible for a refund for the used portion of the subscription.
     

  8. Exceptional Cases: In exceptional cases, such as a major medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, the platform may consider providing a refund beyond the tone month period at its discretion.
     

  9. Refund Process: To request a refund, customers must contact the platform's customer support team through email or a designated communication channel within the specified refund eligibility period. The team will review the request and process the refund accordingly.
     

  10. Refund Time-frame: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time-frame, typically within 5-10 business days from the approval of the refund.
     

  11. Non-transferable: Subscription fees and paid consultations are non-transferable between users, and refunds will only be issued to the original payer.
     

Changes to this Policy: We may update Our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our policy, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Refund Policy.
